<CISCO> PNF, I follow the Chartcraft narrow industry groups. The broad industry groups are too broad for me because an individual sector turning takes a long time to show up in the broad industry area. For example, group 36, "Computers - Local Networks" (i.e CISCO) is Bull alert at 24.
