"The Privateer" has told us to watch the yield on the 30-yr bond.
Before, that hadn't dawned on me. But, it does make sense.
As people around the world have sought refuge, thet have purchased
T-Bonds, making the yield go down.
Now, with the yield moving up, you have to assume that people are
selling the Bond, causing the yield to increase.
Where are they going ?? Some are going back into their local
stock markets, BUT some are finding the gold market, too, as
gold has increased dramatically against a lot of the Asian currencies. |
