Actually I think the WHO (funded by who ? :):) was pressured into NOT declaring pandemic too earlier by those funding them...Those parties KNEW that the blame could be laid at the WHO's feet if things went off the rails.. and surprise surprise :) "Knowing where the trap is - that's the first step in evading it. Problem with what I bolded last is that comes a time when humans would lose control over the ability of a machine to counterfeit the human mind...
