cuz the gp has a right to be safe from those diseases.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905)...

Well, there ya go.

One shouldn't break the law.

Understanding of course the science is settled on a matter.

That Kocks Postulates have been met and the scientific community are in general agreement.

Then some sort of sensible condition can be made if the public good is best served one way or the other.

A big problem is that Big Parma can no longer be sued if they introduce a new vaccine that causes havoc. The drug Thalidomide for example, is a classic example where the human trials were not conducted extensively enough. Thalidomide is still prescribed these days I believe, it's just not to be taken by pregnant women.

It's understandable that parents would be concerned about their children's safety if Big Pharma just did't give a crap about what happened to the children.

So have Kocks Postulates been met for Covid19? If so, maybe the law can be clarified in such cases.

What about laws on the development of bioweapons. Has Fauci been keeping within the law with his Corona Virus patents and virus development? Why did his research get moved to Wuhan??

Law and Order... sounds good to me.
