Yosid: Found this on the Yahoo Chat Line..I dont know if this helps: phone number is 402-220 9146 Per inquiries from analysts in the conference call, Visx did not include revenues contested by the Pillar Point suit. Including these recvenues would add greater than $5.0 MM to the bottom line, or $.30 for a total of $.75 for the quarter. There is no indication for this manouver in the press release.
