They're usually friends of insiders. They always get the stock
at a discount. As far as selling into news no one knows but
the volume's been high for weeks. I'd say the selling is almost done. There was a 1% decrease in the short position next month. When the
shorts realize IDMC is now real, look out we'll get a nice pop.
I see the possible downside as the low 5's which would be a great time to triple your position. I wouldn't worry to much. Once we get the specifics of Germany things should clear up.
