Easy to say in hindsight, Wharfie.

The mistakes made by her fellow New Yorker Andrew Cuomo suggest otherwise.

And even Gavin Newsom, who made the right call in shutting down California on time, couldn't make "testing testing testing" a thing even months after making it a goal.

Face it, there's nothing the Democrats could ever do on a federal level that they failed to do at the state level.
