ftel.com Collocate: To palce together or in proper order: arrange Why didn't they use the word, "install", or something like that? Are they "installing" (arranging?) at the WCOM sites in the entire US now? How much will that cost to do the entire US? Regarding elk's other nonsense posts that seem designed to distract us from discussing the company, I'm going to ignore them for the sake of the board.
