It certainly could be. I was thinking of swapping some CPCI for SGI over the past few weeks as the prices were interchangable, but decided that it didn't really make sense. But you could be right. This could be a very good time to buy SGI. I use TeleChart to try to get a sense of buying and selling and there has been buying of SGI. Here's another tip, there has also been buying of SEG. Both look like the could move up, however these things can change without any notice at all, like the day CPCI dropped $4.
