The rate of return implications for stocks trading under 25 cents are intoxicating. But the spread is numbing. Retail pro-active MMs and a lot of them are the keys. As for rate of return, look at that EUTO. Trading as low as .002, on life support, and then voila, back up. Now in the 4 to 6 range, it still has some play. The difference here though is MDMI has substance and doesn't have that EUTO 50MM share cloud hanging over it. TG
