My controller, who is a shareholder as well, said that if the suit has been settled, then, under GAAP it would have had to be previously accrued at some point----maybe this quarter, maybe an earlier quarter.

All in all, looks like a pretty okay report to us. Good call on your estimate!! I look for forward looking statements at CC. It would seem reasonable to expect a bounce-back in margins and a healthy backlog.

If the stock opens lower because of the First Call "short-fall", it may be the last great buying opportunity for awhile.
