Guy:

The due time for NASDAQ requirments is the end of Feb. I think that the company would do everything to keep this stock in NASDAQ. As I see, there are three ways to do it.

1. Reverse split: It is easy.

2. Share buy back: Since the company is buying back its debt. So far, they have spent about more than $5 million to do it. Why not using $1 million to buy back the stock? It is very easy to boast the stock to $1+ if they do it. When I called the company, I was told that they would not rule out this possibility.

3. Issue some good news: I think that there are some good news due--- Lawsuits settlements, alliance with US phone carrier and good business perspective. One of them could push this stock to $1+.

Time will tell.
