I was taking liquid Vitamin D but switched to tablet because it was cheap.. Kirkland Brand..from Costco....Stopped when I saw list of chemicals on package.. Regarding Zinc.. I increased my intake to boost my immunity.. ..turns out not a good idea. I was taking too much Zinc.. .My thoughts were to increase it due to Covid. Found out too much can kill you. Was taking 50 mg per day..
