Hi Sam,
ZOLK: Couple key points. The machinary and tools sector is at 50% and heading down. Essentially his means Zolt has to swim upstream against the tide. Zolt is still far below its bearish resistance line putting the stock in "risky" territory. The relative strength did reverse up in March but the last signal was a sell signal. We do like to see that reversal up suggesting better strength in the stock (outperforming). Last signal on the trend chart was a spread double top at 30. It currently is back up to 30 forming another double top. Move two 31 would be a double top buy. It has created a higher bottom which suggests suppy is drying up. Daily momentum is negative crossing positive at 36.5. Stock wouldn't be considered "bullish" unless it broke its bearish resistance line.

VTSS:Is in a great sector. One of the best looking right now. Semi's have reversed up and are close to giving a double top buy. VTSS broke through its bearish resistance line 43 and since it had a series of higher bottoms, it created a new bullish support line. The relative strength is in a column of O's but the last signal was a buy. You could buy here with a stop of 35, a triple bottom break and violation of the bullish support line.

If you have money to spend, VTSS is clearly in the better position.

Ask any questions, I'm happy to help.
