When MTIC failed to mention the listing during the news conference, I sense that people are becoming impatient waiting for the relisting - any comments?" Sure. Your statement is incorrect. The relisiting was specifically discussed in the conference call. NASDAQ has asked MTIC to appoint an additional outside diretor. MTIC specifically stated the search would be complete in about a week. Once the additional director is named, NASDAQ will be notified via a reapplication. This is the only pending matter with regards to relisting.
