I've sold all my position. I think that the price has been manipulated by the market maker (in particular AlexBrown & Merril); I guess that they are trying to support the market price so that SEEK could offer the new shares at a good value (11 1/2 - 12 1/2).

I think we can get SEEK shares at less before the offering.
