I like that post a lot.. Very realistic and likely close to the mark.. I also happen to like his choice of running mate.. I think it bodes well for the DEMS to finally move away from their pretend progressive stance and really embrace some social change instead of being all about beating the GOP which was not so evil 30 years ago BTW.. Yeah yeah Nixon Nixon.. but the wars are NOT all on him .. and Watergate was a screwup.. that got caught.. not justifying it.. just sayin' Up here in say Toronto area (GTA) where I reside.. home prices are STUPID silly.. and rising... .. I would think a tax on primary home sale is warranted.. too many loopholes now anyway... I would be fine with that.. we already pay 'welcome' taxes' LOL.. why is all the onus on the buyer ? it would soften market.. for first timers especially and make rents affordable again.. Rents are SIN in the GTA... .. generate much needed infrastructure revenue .. bear in mind infrastructure in Toronto like any big city is retrofit and VERY pricey... Someday someone will have a BIG DUMP.. flush and break the system...
