Reminds me of a joke I heard once:
Out side the White house gates, sat a youug girl with a fresh litter of puppies.
Hillary strode by, but stopped to adore the new pups.
The Girl chirped up "Yes, they're beautiful,...they're Democrats!". This comment made Hillary smile as she walked off to deal with the business of the day.
Later that night, Hillary commented to Bill about the young girl and her pups. Bill, being a dog lover (I'll leave that opening for you future posters), decided to check to see if the young girl would there the next days with the pups; he just might take one home.
Well, sure enough, the young girl was out there the next day. Bill stode up to her, eyeing over the pups. "Hi little girl", Bill said, "I see you have some beautiful little puppies...my wife told me they were Democrats!...I think that's wonderful"...
"Thank you, sir." said the little girl. "But you are wrong, they are Republicans".
"Well, how could that be!?", asked Bill.
"Well to be honest" said the girl, "They used to be Democrats, until they opened their eyes...." |
