Yes, could be. As the blue citizens leave behind the cities they destroyed, they will infest the red cities and states and turn them blue and eventually destroy them too. Texas and Florida both have seen massive influx of people from California and New York. Do you think those blue folks will vote red, just because they now live in red cities and states? Nope. One thing I've learned about blue citizens is that they are not very introspective. They never stop to wonder why they are leaving the blue cities and fleeing to the red cities. Could it be because blue leaders are terrible at managing cities, states, and government in general? Could it be that blue policies are totalitarian and Communist and those things don't work in real life? Nope, they are clueless and they spread their malignant ideas like a parasitic virus.
