Yes excellent points. Probably have to differentiate between those going to the biggest cities and those going to the fast growing areas an hour or two out. You have huge mega regions expanding all over the sunbelt. Those far out booming areas tend to be quite red level of home ownership quite high dependence on government quite low two of the main factors I would guess. Finally looking at foreclosures again as moratorium lifted driving far out suburbs here all I see are Trump-Pence signs on lawns
