CVS. I bought today. This thread has been discussing CVS for years and the stock has not done much in that time, so maybe it is a possible value today. I also bought SRC -- my only retail reit holding excl their pref SRC.A // SRC common = 7% yield, debt reasonable, pref and common divs paid. With vaccine more likely soon, retail may be a safe bet now. Selling some pref shares that valued up. almost all DLR-L at $27.68, and a little bit of REXR-C at $26.98 (still holding plenty). Bought small amt of WMT 8/26 $130.8 before the bouhaha.
