As a biological weapon, if CoVid was such, and irrespective of whether it is, the effect is weapons-grade, and together w/ weak science, poor judgement, bad calls, and terrible co-conditions, besides hearts and clots, street politics and mass hysteria, certainly creating much chaos all across the planet
