Sequans Settlement Hearing Adjourned yet again. Now scheduled for Sept 28th. UPDATE: The telephone fairness hearing scheduled for September 15, 2020 is being adjourned by the Court to September 28, 2020 @ 2:30 PM due to a conflict with the Court's calendar and the current ongoing health crisis with COVID-19.
