Food self sufficiency article. Author is growing same green bell pepper & tomato varieties we are. Close up shots identical to what we see when we pick.

Very good harvest of both vegetables, this season. Butternut squash coming, in week or two, also look prolific. Per article, we also vacuum seal for winter meals & put the plastic packets in footlocker freezer.
