(1) Using the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution experience as a guide, which might be a tad too presumptuous of me, and if the report you cited are accurate as to state of mind of the speakers as well as to what they are alleged to have said, then I have a few guesses:

(1-i) The anger exhibited is substantial, justified or not, mob-stirring, and mobs do not think

(1-ii) Very divisive, a relative good for it shows not all thinking / unthinking alike; but if not divisive, would indicate the worst of very extremely bad for going-forward, for unthinking by all truly un-good

(1-iii) Irrespective of degree of divisiveness, the blowback would be equal and opposite, and all-consuming

(1-iv) Equal and opposite, and all-consuming is a not-good

(2) The societal-physics and mob-chemistry is not encouraging once the difficult to bear summer heat is gone.

(2-i) The electioneering best result in landslides for one or the other side, or anyone of many sides, else the electioneering not helpful.

(2-ii) I appreciate that the Trump is just speaking his mind that might chime with many and perhaps enough, but perhaps as meant leader for all, enhancing the divisions within own nation-state, unlike dividing a company's management group where some can be fired, is likely not a good idea. Maybe he knows what he is doing, and perhaps not. We let the result tell us as we go forward.

(2-iii) Risky moves.

(3) Re <<Kenosha Message 32917380 >> is a mess.

(3-i) Hopefully not a leading indicator of cities still to go.

(3-ii) I am not hopeful that the mobs shall go back to doing whatever it was productive they were doing, and the leaders of many sides come together in dialogue to address issues in order of priority, and grow the pie, rather than inciting to re-carve the shrinking pie.

(3-iii) The way the <<economy Message 32917391 >> pie is being enlarged, by Fed-work, and encouraged or otherwise tolerated by the Ds and the Rs, shall cause more problems involving mobs, and evolve into all-consuming.

(4) At some juncture after piling mess on top of messes and kicking resulting mess down one more road, the easiest way to sorting be a revolution of some sort, and truly effective revolutions are never ever peaceful.
