Frank: Your WEB page is the source of my questions rather then the answer to them. While it lists the 10,000,000 share private placement it does not state ( or I don't understand ) whether this PP is the RANA bridge financing or an alternate approach. Also the list refers to the goal of raising $100,000,000 at $10 to $15 per share. While I can do the math and come up with the number of shares to be sold to the public, I would also like to know the number of shares to be retained by FTEL and DCTC. If you cannot share this information at this time, I understand. If my questions were not clear and you can answer them now I appreciate the effort. Thank you, Sam hjvt64a@prodigy.com
