yes. checked national stock summary thru nasdaq new isue thru sherwood in june 87- 1.4m shares at 6.75. your confusion is more than likely related to the fact that the company had a symbol chane in 1995 i believe from osic to fibr. don't hold me to dates on the symbol change but it definitely changed
