Very little discussion the destruction in retail and office? Or the bubble residential starter and mid priced homes. Or 25- 30M MO behind on rent or mortgage payments since spring? New construction huge driver for now tight inventory most places except some big blue cities... Confusing times to say the least. Must be a reason nobody talking about this?? Don't worry BLM and the peaceful protestors will grow up and save the day in urban America all will be well capitalism will survive?
