Having said that, generally these takeover deals already know they have the number of shares required that will vote for the merger 'in the bag.' So realistically the regular joe retail investor is somewhat irrelevant to the process because if you don't agree to vote your shares Yes, then when the deal is finalized you will be paid per the agreement since the Board and majority needed shareholders will have approved the deal with or without your shares needed for overall approval all shares to be paid.

Since I follow most semi MA deals had a quick view of terms of the deal to show below keeping in mind this is just as of today. Still a lot of time and spread premium so some risk involved. Can see the current 'premium' and payoff so tho a bit pinned, when a non cash deal like this, it can obviously fluctuate as it approaches possible final deal date consummation.
