Yes, you can arrest someone for an outstanding warrant but this is not what we're talking about is it? We're talking about cops who kill people who aren't a threat to anyone. In other words, these cops are too emotionally compromised or too fat to do their jobs without shooting innocent people.

An outstanding warrant isn't guilt so he doesn't have the right to be his executioner.
