At this time DCTC has 2 divisions that are currently profitable. Alpha Products sells hardware and software to quite a few large corporations. I recently purchased a computer from them at a price that could not be matched from anyplace in Dayton. Their other profitable division is R&D Scientific Corp. This company manufactures proprietary monitoring, alarming and data management systems for storage facilities in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing and Blood
bank industries. I believe the Telephonica Systems joint venture could be profitable this quarter and most certainly the first quarter of next year. IMO the Muller Media acquisition should be finalized by the end of this month and this will bring positive earnings to the bottom line this quarter. I still believe DCTC will earn $.50 cents per share next year without FNET and with a reasonable multiple of 10 I believe we have at least a $5.00 stock. When the FNET IPO comes out in the first quarter of next year we could have a $25.00 stock. Just my opinion of course. As always, long on both FTEL & DCTC and will continue to add to these positions as the weeks go by. I like to dollar cost average.

Best Regards
