Anaxagoras, Now that you've uncovered the rock, I guess I crawl out too. If I may chime in on this one, I've got the feeling that Gerald Kern's performance is looked upon as poor by the board of directors. In all my years of investing, I have never heard of a special board meeting to see if we should oust the CEO. I wonder what he did that was so bad. The bartering of obsolete product? The big announcement of big contracts? I still can't confirm Nabisco as anything but a rumor. Maybe it was the brocolli and seaweed flavored gum. :) Chester
