Hi Craig; My "Mom" said no gloating. So I am here to
say I am sorry for being so antagonistic. It is just so
tempting to push your buttons some time. As for
being a typical "arrogant" and "cocky" employee, I
cannot get into to many details on this thread
because I am an employee and I do not want to get
in trouble with what may be considered confidential information.
Even though I have been riding this bull for years, starting
with StrataCom almost 5 years ago and have vested stock
value in the millions (yes even after gross taxes) I still
have hundreds of thousands on the table from follow-on
options. I do not even want to come close to risking those
golden eggs that have not yet hatched.

So... I am left to just the standard cheerleading stuff.

To make you feel better I have sold stock also in the past
two days. While not short sales, they do support your view
that in the near term the stock may be overvalued. However it is
also true that I never buy in the open market - I just
sell, as I diversify. No matter how good I think CISCO is
it is still foolish to have to high a percentage of one's
net worth in one stock.

Cheers.
