In response to your elaborate post of the irrational market behaviour, I would add that your are very right but at the same time would warn you that when "manias" are in full force and election of a new US president less than 2 months away you are playing with fire, as the irrationality has no limits and any rational evaluation is thrown out the window.

The biggest danger is a market rout that will force closing the markets "to save the small investor" so be careful.

As to TESLA and the other 5 or 6 irrational stocks it is worse than Y2K or the CDO's and subprime mortgages of 2008/9
