koan, there's a 3 part series on Netflix you might find of interest: Genius of the Modern world.
The segment on Nietzsche was interesting, particularly his mental breakdown and cherry-picking
of some of his work by the Nazis...
On reflection, I see cherry picking of his work by Ayn Rand, as well...
I was fairly familiar with his work, but not his personal life, which is what makes these segments
more interesting..
