Mike,

While I had hopes that your questions and comments on TPRO would have been a little more illustrative pertaining to your claimed rationale for calling this company essentially a scam, I can see that now you wish to impugn the efforts of individual shareholders who do their own diligence personally.

I take great umbrage to your insinuations that having so many Internet investors attend a shareholder's meeting raises obvious red flags. Your problem is that are content to wait until the street officially "blesses" your investments with their reports and various buy signals. However, the power of the internet is that companies can take their stories directly to the shareholders, circumventing the analysts, and educate a much more supportive and broader based audience.

Please "DON'T" invest your money in this stock. I would hate to see you increase your net worth based upon your flawed investing strategies.

Mike, I'm greatly disappointed by your lack of logical justification for disliking this company or denying that the problem of Y2K embedded non-compliance may exist and poses a serious challenge to businesses. I've waited over a week for the response you promised to post last weekend. You told me through email that you were too busy to provide a concise answer for me but were working on it and I accepted that excuse. But no longer.

Mike, it is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought an idiot, than to open it and remove all doubt.

Regards,

Ron
