Copy of e-mail I sent to U S West. Will post response if I get one. Does this contract with Netspeed mean U S West has dissolved its relationship with Pairgain to supply xDSL equipment? Will Pairgain be supplying any equipment for this venture? Will U S West have to pay to get out of its contract with Pairgain if the contract is being dissolved or has the contract simply expired and not being renewed?
