Both of these are the tools of PRChina, and Rome and even Femi-Nazi’s. Here’s what I mean.
In my home I have replaced most light bulbs with LED-tech bulbs as the older incandescent ones burn out. I have never liked the spiral mercury-type bulbs. This morning the first one of the LEDs went bad. It didn’t last long so it seems to me the additional waste of materials and energy to fab/ship/sell them is more than any home electricity savings. Oh well...
It went into a low-energy flicker mode as I turned it on this morning. As I checked it via a tightening twist-test it went out. THEN... and pay attention to my careful choice of words here... as I started to unscrew it, it flickered on slightly !! Hmmm... odd. Repeat twist. Dead.
Now, we both know that a light bulb turns on and off instantly with the light switch ... EXCEPT... for the new tech LEDs which have an afterglow of low-energy when turned off before they go dark. This is a bit like the screen of your PC and tablet. High energy old fashioned bulbs also do this slightly due to the large, hot filament in a large wattage bulb.
I carried the bulb to another room and twisted it into another socket to test it by a normal method of “comparative diagnosis”. That was the standard for all scientific methods for centuries until chemistry labs entered and added to the scientific method, making a new and higher quality and more careful and specific standard for diagnosis. Observation, comparison, contrast were the best and highest of scientific methods for centuries. The credentialed character was respected and trusted. My electrical testing meter is out in the garage. It’s faster this way.
Well, the bulb stayed dark so I unscrewed it entirely. THEN, AS I HELD IT IN MY OPEN PALM... IT FLICKERED ON !... just for a moment.. unscrewed and sitting in my palm....
WTF ? Welcome to FCC PART 15: You have no right to interfere with FCC authorized use of your electrical system for communication purposes. You have heard of smart bulbs. They are not under your control and you have no legal right to interfere with their function.

News reports this morning tell us that Novichok poison was found on a bottle of water from Navalny’s hotel room from before he flew home. Whether it’s Residue or the original source isn’t clear from the news. Recall that I previously wrote of an incident of Ukrainian/Romanian immigrant-produced brandy shipping in Pellegrino-branded bottles of sparkling water. Call this a coincidence in comparison, not yet a diagnosis.
Also in this morning’s news are reports of directed energy crowd-control weapons for repelling violent street demonstrators who are actually just seditionist thugs causing mayhem and insurrection. We have known of this technology in my scientific community for decades. It was discussed as far back as Viet Nam war demonstrations in the early 70’s IIRC from report papers. You also know that the field of Directed Energy has advanced wAAay beyond those crude heat weapons and is being used in espionage directed against Embassies. Those attacks have also been in the news. Cuba and Moscow were the latest sites of embassy injury news.
A side question: what does DE feel like at low energy if it isn’t painful heat? Does it itch? Tickle? Does it feel like bugs crawling or landing on bare skin? Physicians say meth addicts talk of ‘bugs’ and that sensation is attributed to nerve damage and excitation. It is considered a CNS breakdown associated with drug-induced psychosis.
Our government has a military lab developing this technology outside of Albuquerque, NM and attached to Kirtland AFB. Senator Heinrich of NM is retired USAF and retired from that Directed Energy research directorate and still oversees it from his position on the Senate Intelligence Committee, AFAIK. His staff is comprised of Hispanics, both NM and WaDC from my communication with them. Probably Roman too. No surprise there.
I have written and spoken to Senator Heinrich’s local and WaDC staff while attempting to establish some restraints for the assaults on my person and property. It all originates from the intelligence community dating back to my trip to Berlin, April 2001. And it apparently relates to my DOD and 911 whistleblowing activity defending my country, Congress, USN, and USAF.
Some part of our government is competing against other parts to silence truth-tellers who are perceived as anti- .... something. I don’t know what they think. I just needed a referee to intercede and I wrote and called my Senator who sits on the Senate Intelligence Committee for help. I was cut off and shut out as if my claims were not rational. Oh they received my letters and emails and calls. They couldn’t process the Request Form submitted because it was ‘unavailable’. Some technology prevented the form from getting through each submission attempted. Hmmmm.....
That is how to silence a truth-teller. Credentials are discredited along with years of service and extraordinary service for the sake of someone’s reputation and position, money included of course. Country be damned. Military be damned. Congress be damned.
Truth can be a damned dirty thing. Sedition and insurrection are damned dirty things.
Many decades ago I dated a Roman Catholic girl. She deserves to be referred to more respectfully, a young woman and a lady, in the very best sense of the word. Her father was a Director of R&D at a Fortune 100 company. I had genuine high regard for her parents and considered them an example of the best in parents. In some ways even more so than my own parents. We dated four years until she spurned my proposal.
Before that, we spent many days, dates and events together including Sunday Mass with her family. I learned her parents had not only attended ‘Marriage Encounter’ sessions but they were lay-counselors. The point I’m leading to is this: the father/husband was, back in his younger years, considered too ‘strong’ and needed to be ‘tamed’despite his heroic success in academics, science, business, and his career.
No one would ever deny that a man needs toughness and determination together with skill, knowledge and care to succeed in life, work, family and responsibility. And No one would ever deny that a man needs to distinguish between allies and combatants in life. We begin to teach such discriminating behavior with children when we teach them ‘inside voice’ and ‘outside voice’. We also teach them to play nice and compete fairly.
I would argue that the attempt by Femi-Nazis to immasculate men of their manhood is out of fear of their strengths. Fear of bullying. Fear that those forces will be used at home, unrestrained. Fear that love does not expand a man’s repertoire of behavior to include gentleness. Fear that improper boorish behavior that is sometimes seen in men will be _Always_ the way a strong and capable man will behave. Fear that uncaring and disrespect of others causes a strong man to bully others. Fear that a strong man cannot discriminate between allies and combatants. Morons.
Rome wants men to give their allegiance to the Bishop of Rome and his global franchise of diocese called the See. He owns them, or the Church does and he leads the Church. The core dispute of the Reformation concerns the basic Right of any person to raise a dispute with Rome and be respected as having ‘standing’, just as with the legal courtroom definition of the term. The 95 Thesis of Luther were written by a Roman priest who was also a credentialed law scholar and thus he had ‘standing’ to dispute the Bishop. Luther was a franchisee.
Roman Marriage Encounter demands that men submit to the Church-made marriage and the Shepherd of that marriage. For the sake of the Congregation. Within that Encounter is training to submit to the yoke with understanding the yoke is easier to bear when it is not resisted, and whipped into submission.
No where in any of that behavior training is full respect given to urgent needs of society in the way of security and career success. Strength and the various expressions of it such as assertiveness in leadership is treated as a threat to Rome and its Congregation, not an asset. It is a clear lack of boundary discrimination: home v battlefield. Soldiers are trained to discriminate. All Men learn to discriminate.
Excesses of strength are undeniably threatening. But the strong must not be broken,. They must be first discriminately identified as friend or foe. Then we know how to relate to them.
In our State Department and the various intelligence services these discriminating questions must be among the first and highest questions to ask and answer. The relationships of State cannot lead to overthrow of the State. And, there is also the question of even beginning a relationship in the first place. Boundaries are both a basic feature of State and a central argument between States, together with the relationships that establish ‘standing’. Citizens and diplomats both require ‘standing’. Credentials. Outside States cannot dictate the inner details of a foreign State.
If a State leader can be seen performing a task that requires strength, that leader should not be accused of battlefield behavior at home. That would be a foolish conclusion. Likewise no one should confuse the example of leadership with the skills in family life. Public displays of leadership confused with private behavior is foolish and indiscriminate.
I have written that our POTUS is “herding cats with: BOOO !” I purposely note the lack of a whip. I consider that a highly developed talent. Other past leaders have been noted as using oratory skills from the ‘bully pulpit’. Old fashioned Booo! Welcome to a new era.
Ohoh say can you see...
A regime of secret behavior control is a matter that should get your attention. In addition to the abuse of indiscriminate jurisdiction, boundaries, public versus private, we have a right and normal fear of Ownership rights. If a foreign entity owns the technology to enter our State and home and dictate manners, it is an act of war or at least a violation of laws and treaties. FCC Part 15 enables that invasion.
A regime of behavior control conducted by a lawful government against its own people is another matter and the “comparative diagnosis” requires lots of details be examined. A non-lethal crowd control method might be described as “herding cats with: BOOO !” No one is hurt, even if they are upset.
What about home invasion and assault with non-lethal methods that have cumulative effects leading to lethality? I argue that is a violent criminal assault. It is not shepherding. It is not teaching. It is battery assault, maybe even murderous.

Boundaries and citizenship rights are inseparable concepts. But what happens when your enemy doesn’t believe In boundaries? PRC’s President Xi. Roman Catholic Vatican City and its Bishop don’t believe in boundaries limiting their authority and they say exactly that publicly.
There is the dispute of our era. Behavior, rights and entitlements in a millennium of no borders and no more citizenship. There is no dispute if a person sets aside toughness and submits.
