I would not trust much of what is out there, because weaponised flu episode had led me to stock up on much tamilflu a few years ago, and that was a total waste of money.
I do appreciate the opportunity to test belief against perceived reality via engagement in the financial market, as I did 2003 SARS episode.

Am now back in wonderfully fantabulous freedom Hong Kong, unburdened by tyrannical exit-tax, to come and go as please except that there are no places to go, given that HK is safest, under sponsored national security protocol, absent of uncontrolled looting, without racial strife.
All wonderful, and at affordable tab when 2020 bills come due, without anything remotely like trillion anything.
As wars go, If we are in such against the virus and/or against the CCP or anyone else, well enough executed so far so good.
Nothing beats studious education, compassionate family values, diligent work, astute savings, agile investing, whole-society for-the-greater-good get-on-with-it spirit, and no-tears-no-blame go-go-go approach, to do the obvious common sensical counters, and indubitably get past whatever ails.
Better, the ubiquitous reflexology services endured pandemic tyranny better than restaurants services, and now cheaper than before. Something to do w/ in-de-flation macro economics of money-printing debasement.

Yeah well I guess I wont be lecturing in PRC/HK anytime soon.
I told Bill that several years ago a headhunting firm contacted me and asked me to interview to become the Founding Dean of a brand new law school in HK with carte blanche to hire the law faculty as I saw fit.
I immediately declined: There was no way I could operate effectively as the Dean of a Law School, a Professor of International Law, and a Professor of International Human Rights Law living under the boot of a Communist Dictatorship.
I suspect I would be expedited to China and disappeared by now under their new National Security Law.
Instead, as far as I can figure out, the PRC Consulate in Chicago hired a Chicago PR Firm to file repeated Complaints against me with the Law School that I was spreading a Conspiracy Theory and Fake News and wanted the COL and me to account for ourselves and do something to stop it. I ignored them. Not sure what COL told them. At the end of April that Israeli Law Firm suing China in Israel over the Covid-19 Pandemic asked me to join in and send them a Declaration of my Expert Opinion on all this, which I did. They informed me in August that the Israeli Foreign Ministry Officially served my Declaration on China. Sticking it to them!
