I'm guessing that this is where Medallion comes in. I am certainly not in a position to verify what they say, but they claim to be able to organise the supply chain for monazite. E.g. in their recent press release: "Medallion’s collaboration with trading and supply chain manager Talaxis Ltd, including their investment in the recently closed private placement (see Press Release dated 26 Aug 2020), provides unique support for the Company’s monazite strategy."
