Djp,

This may sound like a dumb question, so bear with me. I was
under the impression that not only does MTIC get a FLAT
royalty payment from EMC on an annual basis. It also
receives from EMC a percentage of EMC's product sales
for those products that EMC sells using MTIC's patents.
So more EMC sales = more MTIC other income.

Comments on this would be welcome.

P.S. I think EMC's announcement stopped MTIC's slid.
