With an all time low of .03 and only a few thousand shares sold at that price anyway, I think the upside here outweighs downside. Looking at charts, alot of people own it around .08-.12 and higher with very low volumes heading down to and staying around .04. With any news there will be new buying and also averaging down. If they will let me buy some at .04 i will get a chunk. I see they have the ask at .05 after someone bought 20000 today. €á
