Then McConnell is a TRAITOR for NOT following the constitution on Obama, and should be ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY.
LOL, the Constitution calls for both the president and the Senate to be co-equal partners in appointing Supreme Court justices.

It is perfectly legal and constitutional for them to play partisan politics and leave a vacancy in the Supreme Court for as long as they feel like.

Your wish to have McConnell arrested is so funny, I can't even tell if you truly believe that or not.
