No, in a racist and sexist society, government is morally obligated to pay for majors, such as women's studies and black studies since they represent therapy for the participant. And everyone has a right to a free college education. The democrats are going to make free college education a civil liberty up there with freedom of speech and freedom of religion. In fact, learning is a basic tenet of society that everyone should be ENTITLED to, regardless of race, religion or income.
