The leptin negotiations were to be concluded one way or another by the end of the month which means an announcement should be forthcoming. Or do I have it wrong? Just wondering because it has not been mentioned lately. Also, McClamant spoke of Ligand and Isis as favorites. He sees them rising because their good prospects are coming to fruition. He was interviewed on the local business channel here.
