Black and women studies are majors, just like engineering, which teaches one to think critically, analyze, synthesize and prepares one to be a success in any endeavor one chooses.

Ten, you need to get out of your bias that college is suppose to be like a vocational school. Preparations for success take on many different forms. Just because you don't see the practical value of women's studies, doesn't mean there is not any practical value there. This is the information age, Ten, get attuned to the age. You got your Korean church. Tell me how that is different than any other church, except its filled with Koreans primarily.

Black and Women studies does great service and increases the service sector through its compassionate, empathetic and understanding of the inner workings of the heart and soul of women and blacks.

And police offices need to sign up for a few of these courses as a prerequisite to becoming a responsible police officer.
