Hi Johnnie, Keep in mind there is a reason why the dividend is above the return on long bonds, a healthy risk premium is being priced in. I think those reasons are more the act of Central Banks, with excessive debt and a medical pandemic that has halted the World's growth. One of those will pass with time ( the pandemic) - the other is fiat currency forever that will diminish the debt level over a long time period -I guess. <smile> Bob
