Nothin' too weird about it...

It's just the PE is finally down to a level where the stock can appreciate. This company's lifeblood in in the Zips. As long as they keep that in mind, and do their best to try and get them into more OEM's, they'll do OK.

I am not banking on Iomega's performance in the higher end. The high end is in for a tough time between SparQ, SyJet, Orb, and finally, the Mighty 4.7 Gig $599 SyQuest Quest. All of these products offer significantly better performance and price than Jaz2. I am not the only one who will notice this.

As for Vapor!, the devices that could be used are niche products with high price tags. The average digital camera costs around $500-$600. Add a Vapor! drive, and it could cost at least $75 to $100 more! This is not peanuts. Vapor! needs to somehow be included in lower cost devices to generate the sales that Iomega needs to sustain a PE above 20.
