Just for everybody out there. In Nov's 10Q in the MD&A section under Net sales the biggest increase in sales was from the co.s HK subsidiary. Sales increased from 9.3 mil to 14.7 mil (57%). Principal reasons for the increase were specifically increased sales to Japan and south america. They did state in the 10Q that they would expct lower sales from Japan, but its seemsto be much worse than expected. One more thing, apparently one of there wholesalers in Japan claimed bankruptcy which will probably cause a decent write-off of receivables. This is IMO.
