Jesse Helms is the head of the Senate Judiciary Comm. He's the one who appointed Ken Starr. Jesse Helms IS big tobacco. I firmly believe all this is about Big Tobacco vs. Clinton. As long as we have a special prosecutor law in this country things like this will happen. The President is not the most powerful man in Washington. Jesse Helms is because he can appoint special prosecutors and special prosecutors are above ANY laws we have. What Starr did to Hubble, Guy Tucker, and the McDougals was contrary to any judicial procedures even the Justice Dept must follow. Special Prosecutors are above the law and I really think Clinton is going down, big time.
